1. Information you provide to us
We collect the following information:
Account and Profile Information: We collect information about you and your company when you register for an account, create or modify your profile, and make purchases through our Services. The information we collect includes your username and email address. You may provide this information directly through our Services, or in some cases, another user creating an account on your behalf may provide it. Suppose you provide information (including personal information) about someone else. Service Providers, Business Partners and Others: We may share your information with service providers and other third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as infrastructure, analytics, marketing, and advertising services. We provide your payment information to our service providers for payment processing and verification. Service providers such as Google Analytics may collect information about your online activities over time and across different online services when you use our Services.
Compliance with legal obligations: We may disclose your information to the extent necessary if we are obliged to disclose or share your personal information or data to comply with any legal obligation. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Quantum of Value using the unsubscribe link within each email. Even after you opt out from receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue receiving administrative messages regarding the Services.
The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access information about yourself. Your right to access can be exercised under that Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet our costs in providing details of the information we hold about you.

International Users

Our Services are hosted in the United Kingdom. If you choose to use the Services from other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.K. law. Please note that you are transferring your information outside those regions for storage and processing. You consent to any transfer and processing under this Policy by providing your information.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
